Commercial windows are aluminium window systems for retail, office and mixed-use units. You get a free survey, an itemised quotation and an installation date that suits the business.
The detail
Colours can be matched to the shopfront below so the elevation reads as one. The finished frontage is sealed to the structure and checked for level, square and smooth door operation before we leave.
How we handle it
An elevation looks right when the shopfront, the entrance doors and the windows above share the same sightlines and colour. We survey the whole face of the building and draw it as one scheme, then phase the work if the budget needs it.

How much do commercial windows cost?
Commercial windows start at around £1,400 plus VAT. Size, specification and strip-out decide the exact number. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
How long does it take?
Manufacture usually takes 3-4 weeks after survey. Installation in your is usually a day or two once everything is made. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.

How do payments work?
A deposit is taken when you accept the quotation, a further stage payment on the first day of installation, and the balance on satisfactory completion. The exact split is set out on your quotation.
Who carries out the work?
Work is carried out by our installation team and approved installers working under S&K Glazing Limited, which contracts with you and is responsible for the job.
Do you cover the whole of the Midlands?
Yes. We cover your area and the rest of the Midlands, including Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester and Nottingham.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
