Every figure on the fixed-price pages is a starting price for a standard job, stated per the unit shown. VAT charged where applicable. Access, opening size and condition all affect the final figure, so the exact price is confirmed to you in writing before anything is booked. Nothing is charged until you agree it.
Each item lists exactly what the price covers and what it does not. If the job turns out to need more than the item covers, we tell you on site and you decide before any further work is done. Nothing extra is charged without your agreement.
Emergency board-ups are attended the same day wherever we can reach you. Booked services are arranged at a time agreed with you. If we cannot attend, you receive a full refund.
Nothing is charged until you have agreed the written price. A booked visit can be cancelled up to the day before at no cost. If you are a consumer and you have paid, you keep your statutory 14-day right to cancel, except where you asked us to start immediately and the work has been completed.
Made-to-measure goods are exempt from the right to cancel once manufacture has begun, which is one reason shopfronts, doors and shutters are quoted after a survey rather than sold online.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.
